This form is for space rental only. To schedule your Nikkah ceremony, contact Imam Saif directly (see the Marriage page). This form does not book the officiant.

MCC Board-initiated events and MCC Program collaborations with outside orgs do not need to complete this form — unless the collaboration charges admission, in which case please go back and select “Report admission revenue from an MCC Program collaboration” instead.

MCC does not provide free security for this event (unless it is an MCC Program collaboration — see Branch E, where MCC covers the cost). If you'd like security, you may arrange your own at no cost here, or request MCC-provided security below. Security fees are included in your estimated total and are due with the rest of payment once your request is approved. No member discount applies to security.
