MCC receives requests from community members on an ongoing basis to help them find housing, tutors, nannies, caregivers etc. Considering the dire need in the community, MCC Communications has put up a Bulletin Board in the front veranda as a place for community members to reach out to others.
Message Evaluation and Approval Process
-
-
-
- Each message will be reviewed by MCC Communications for conformity with the eligibility and content guidelines.
- It is important that flyers/postings are in good taste and reflect the values of MCCGSD. The flyers will be approved and posted, if:
-
- The content is relevant to the MCC community; and
- The content is appropriate and non-offensive in language and imagery.
-
- Messages must be submitted in writing to the MCC Center Admin or Director Communications in person or by e-mail. The Director Communications will be responsible for approving all postings. Once approved, the postings will be stamped by Center Admin before placing on the Bulletin Board.
- If there is a space constraint, priority will be given first to MCC community members and approved organizations, then to the announcements submitted by non-members.
- No business flyers will be posted. They must pay to advertise.
- The bulletin board will not be used to advertise MCC programs.
-
-
Message Content Requirement and Restrictions
-
-
-
- Announcements must meet MCC policies, objectives, and regulations.
- All messages are subject to editing and condensation.
- Messages must be brief (typically about 25-30 words).
- In case of an event announcement, messages must be submitted at least 7 days before a scheduled event.
- Time sensitive messages will be displayed through the day of the event or specified deadline.
- Messages with no specific event time or deadline will be displayed as long as space permits, at Director Communications discretion.
- Maximum days of posting will be 30-days from MCC stamped approval date or after the event date has passed, whichever is shortest (there will be exceptions under special circumstances per Director Communications approval).
- Expired flyers will be removed 1-2 days after the event.
-
-

There is a shortage of Housing due to natural disaster, I think it’s a good idea to create housing project, and remodel originial masjid that already exists.
